Our goal is to minimize the stress of taking pets to the veterinarian. We offer separate waiting, exam and hospital areas for canine and feline patients. When you bring your pet to our hospital, remember that they may be a little uneasy about new people and unfamiliar surroundings.  Because of this, we ask that you restrain your pet at all times on leash or in a carrier while in the hospital waiting area.  Your pet and others will appreciate the extra care. We encourage you to ask questions to understand everything concerning your pet's health care.

We are proud of our facilities and the way we care for our patients. We are happy to give tours of our hospital upon request.

Consultation

On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you and your pet with a warm smile. You will then fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about your pet and their condition.  It is therefore helpful of you can arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to allow for this initial paperwork.

A clear patient history is crucial to diagnosing your pet's condition.  One of our technicians will meet with you in an examination room to ask you specific questions about your pet.  The technician will then go over your pet's history with the Doctor and an examination will be performed.  The Doctor will go over all findings with you and discuss any further recommended testing, treatment or preventative wellness care.

Our office offers several forms of payment. To find out more information, you can call us directly or schedule your consultation at 630.208.0380.

For patients who have little or no veterinary medical insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
